EWP Project Upload

To use the EWP Project Upload form, return to the form screen, and fill out the required fields. In the attachments area, click the “Choose files” button to browse your computer for the file(s) you wish to upload. When finished, click the “Submit” button. After the file(s) are successfully uploaded you will receive a confirmation message. Please be aware that the upload time will vary depending on the size of the file(s) you have uploaded.

Note: if a button labeled “Choose files” does not appear, then your browser does not support File Upload.

There is a maximum total size of 512MB. If your files are over this limit, you will need to split them into multiple submissions.

When prompted to browse your computer for files to upload, hold your CTRL (PC) or ⌘CMD (Mac) key while clicking on the files you wish to upload.

Files will remain available for up to 30 days from the day they were uploaded, after which they will be deleted and can not be recovered.

When you upload a file to the EWP Project Upload area, its name is modified so that it will:

• Have a unique name (if a file is found to already exist, a number will be appended to the end of the filename).
• Contain only characters allowed in a URL (i.e. the link). URLs can have numbers, the upper and lower case standard English alphabet, the period (.), tilde (~), dash (-) and underscore (_) all other characters will be stripped out or converted valid characters.
• Remove extra consecutive periods. Many worms take advantage of systems URLS containing consecutive periods so we strip them to prevent false security alerts.

In addition to the above, all files are zipped together upon successful submission in order to both keep file sizes down and to facilitate ease of management of multiple files by grouping all project files together.
